"Even with the rainy days and windy days, we enjoyed our quiet little getaway at Silver Sands. We enjoyed walks, standing on the dock and watching the water, reading books and eating. Don’t expect close by, fancy restaurants if that’s what you’re looking for. But a quiet neighborhood is what you’ll find. Loved it!"

"I enjoyed my stay at this place overall. Very well kept and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly. You can walk to get food cause it’s a small town. Very close to provincial park that has swimming and playground areas for families. Also they have a nice lounge area plus breakfast. My only frustration was that it wasn’t as quiet as I wanted cause there is a train that goes by there every hour just one block away. Definitely recommend this place to stay though."

"It was a nice comfortable property. Pros lots of space, big hang out area. Lots of out doors Cons It was a little messy Sound on the TV is messed up, so you'll need to bring a solution to that if you care."

"We were looking for a place close to the city, but far enough to get away from city life- this place is absolutely AMAZING. The sun sets at the back of the cabin- perfect for sunset watching. Everything is extremely clean and the beds are extra comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for having us!"

"We stayed at the cabins for 3 nights for May long weekend and it was perfect! We had a large group and there was more than enough room for sleeping and doing lots of different activities with the kids outside from playing soccer, playing catch, catching frogs and camping games and plenty of room inside for when the weather wasn't so nice. Briana was very quick to respond everytime I reached out with a question. We will definitely be back and recommend these cabins to anyone wanting a nice place for a family getaway not too far from the city and surrounded by trees so it feels like you're hours away but not too far to run out for anything you may have forgotten. Can't wait to go back!"
