Entertainment programme for children - from 13/05. **Your holiday house** **Your holiday house** consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Air conditioning with heat pump The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen living with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: **Ground floor**: Living room with lounge, TV and ON REQUEST an additional person can be accommodated at the price of € 15.00 per night (to be paid on site). You have access to the terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine. **1st floor**: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. You have access to the balcony. The holiday home is situated on an open garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella offers various types of accommodation: small flats, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, large villas with swimming pool. They are located in the tourist centre. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can opt for a relaxing holiday or devote yourself to your favourite sport. Located in the Po Delta Nature Park and connected to the mainland by a bridge, the island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares are covered by Mediterranean maquis, with 2 million trees of 150 different species, for example, maritime pine and poplar, also called “Populus alba”, from which the island takes its name. Here fallow deer, pheasants, hares, deer, hawks, herons and Italian waders find their natural habitat. The entire island (100%) and all water areas are under strict protection. The distance to the sea varies greatly depending on the location of the house. Appartement agréable à vivre, très bien entretenu. Tout est à disposition dans ce logement. Juste le canapé lit qui est en mauvaise état, on dort très mal dessus ( Appartement numéro 8 ) . Le reste est très bien. Albarella est toujours aussi appréciable . Vous serez sur de passer de bonnes vacances. Tout est à disposition sur l’île. Beaucoup d’activités , pour tous les goûts . Le service d’accueil sur l’île est parfait. Très aimable et disponible. La location de vélo ou voiturette de golf pour se déplacer sur l’île est très bien. Tous les commerces dont vous pouvez avoir besoin sont présents sur l’île. Le seul bémol que nous avons rencontré sur l’île c’est au bar du centro-sportivo où les serveurs ne respirent pas la joie de vivre, très peu poli voir même désagréable ( nous l’avons constaté à plusieurs reprise et pour beaucoup de clients de nationalités différentes ) outre se petit désagrément, tout est parfait, propre et entretenu tout en gardant une partie sauvage de l’île .
