"Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean room, spacious. Boring view of back parking garage roofs.
I came from IL and Google maps did have some issues navigating because the hotel is one of several buildings in a large center w many parking garages plus on a one way street.
Nice restaurant with good food in the hotel but it was the only choice, would have been nice to have another restaurant or 2.
Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is pretty basic, but they did offer a daily shuttle to downtown and a hot breakfast each morning. Also, the service was great. Everyone at the front desk was nice, especially Steve. The shuttle drivers were great! Very kind, gave us suggestions where to go, and took us to the airport and which made our stay more enjoyable. Thanks to all the staff we encountered!"

"Ren Cen Marriott was very accommodating during my stay. They had some issues with the app for remote check-in, but were able to take care of everything at the desk very quickly. When I requested an additional blanket, they called and brought it to my room promptly. They also set up a late checkout so I could get some extra rest on my final night."

"The hotel was beautiful and clean, the room was spacious, and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the food and drinks and were impressed with our room and the rest of the hotel. Two issues to consider: 1. We stayed in a room facing a nightclub, and the noise was outrageous half the night. We'll request a different room location if we stay again. 2. We chose this hotel partly because they offer a free local shuttle. They don't advertise that there is ONE shuttle, it's first-come-first-serve with no guarantee you'll get to your destination on time (we were 15 min late to our venue after waiting about 50 min, despite being told the shuttle would be back in a few minutes), and the shuttle driver is also THE BELLHOP for the entire hotel. We had to wait for him to unload another guest's car, then wait for them to check in, take their luggage up to their room, and come back down before we could go anywhere. It was almost comically bad. We'll plan our next trip to include Ubering instead. Overall a very enjoyable stay, though."
