Pleasant apartment located in the Porto Marina residence of Santa Margarita (Roses).
It consists of a living-dining room with sofa bed (Italian system, very comfortable), an American kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (150cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and a beautiful terrace accessible from the living room and from the bedroom.
It is equipped with: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, television (Smart-TV), WIFI and air conditioning in the living-dining room and bedroom.
Private parking space in the underground garage.
