The apartment is newly built, features a communal swimming pool, and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests—perfect for families. Just 300 meters away is the Roses Citadel, a historic walled site with Roman and Greek ruins, offering a glimpse into the history of the Costa Brava. This nice, newly constructed two-bedroom apartment can accommodate 4 persons and has an area of 68 m². The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second has a 3-person bunk bed.
