Semi-detached house with wonderful view to the bay of Roses: Nice terraced house of three floors in a residence with communal swimming pool (open all year) 700m from one of the most beautiful and recognized beaches of Roses (Cala de Canyelles Petites) and 2.000m from the center of Roses, with capacity for 2/6 people. Located 20-30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its great sandy beach. Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and their local specialities.
