Discover this cosy apartment in Rosas ideal for families and small groups! With capacity for 5 people, this 60 square metre accommodation offers a perfect space for a relaxing holiday.



The apartment has two bedrooms that include a double bed, a sofa-type double bed and two single beds, ensuring comfortable rest for all guests. It has a single bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.



The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and complete kitchenware. It has a ceramic hob that will facilitate the preparation of your meals.



Among its features are a terrace of 8 square metres with garden furniture and views of the swimming pool and gardens. The accommodation has electric heating and a covered parking space in the same building.



The residential complex is ideal for families, located just 1 kilometre from the sandy beach. Pets are allowed (maximum 1) and young groups. Additionally, smoking is permitted indoors.

Apartamento agradable , cómodo con parking y piscina comunitaria. A los niños les encanto la piscina y nosotros podíamos verlos mientras hacíamos el aperitivo en la terraza
