The apartment in Rosas / Roses has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 4 people. The apartment is homely, is fully-equiped, and is 51 m². The property is located right next to the beach. It has views of waterfront and the garden. The property is located 4 m from AQUABRAVA ROSES water park, 15 m from FIGUERES train station, 20 m from PLAYA ROSES sand beach, 30 m from the from the restaurant, 100 m from ROSES city, 100 m from the supermarket, 8 km from CAP DE CREUS nature reserve. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, garden, 10 m² terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning (hot/cold), air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, garage the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French). Das Appartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Einzig im Kinderzimmer könnte etwas mehr Stauraum für Kleidung sein. In unserer Familie haben nämlich die Eltern im Kinderzimmer geschlafen, da im Elternschlafzimmer das Bett mit 1,40m Breite für uns etwas zu knapp bemessen war. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist toll! Die Lage direkt am Strand / an der Promenade mit nur ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg in die "City" fanden wir besonders gut. So konnte das Auto die meiste Zeit in der Tiefgarage bleiben und wurde nur zum Einkaufen im größeren Supermarkt benötigt. ##### Ivonne P.
