"Property is extremely clean and well maintained! The communication and instructions from the property manager were great! A bedside lamp in the master bedroom would be a great addition as well as two more comfortable chairs in the living room space. The single couch just isn’t enough for comfortable relaxation and TV watching when the space accommodates six guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Proximity to the Coquina Pool and the beach is perfect! We would definitely come back to this property...

"When we arrived the door was open, the room was dirty with a bad smell the house was behind another house there was no light at night my daughter fell I didn't have internet and I couldn't work at home they never did anything to help me two people came into my house at two in the morning since the door did not work, the worst vacation with my children"

"The place was very cute but I'm not sure the person renting the place realized there would be a ton of loud construction that woke us up in the morning and the hot water did not work. The kitchen was adorable but there was a window with wood rot that needed to be replaced. Over all, I would stay here again in a pinch but the hot water was Definitely a breaker for me"
