The cashier was not super friendly. I reserved a handicap accessible room for my 85 year old mom. It is not handicap! The bed was too high so when she gets in and out of bed we will have to go get her in and out of bed. The hotel didn't have a stool or anything to help her. Also, her handicap room has a bathtub. She can't take a shower because she can't get in and out of the bathtub. Not happy with this visit.

The breakfast was a little skimpy. Just bagels, yogurt, juice and coffee. Someone beside?/above? us had their tv on ALL NIGHT! So rude!

This property is average at best. If you’re paying above $75-80, you’re overpaying. The staff were indifferent. They didn’t seem to overly enjoy their job and didn’t display much customer service. The “breakfast” was among the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Prepackaged bagels, apples, and yogurt. It was very disappointing because I’ve had some really decent breakfasts at Super 8 before. They had hot chocolate, but the hot water dispenser didn’t work. This hotel is more expensive than its value. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Pretty noisy stay. Room flooring is laminate now and you here everything and cold. Walls are pretty thin. If the next room is watching tv or talking, you hear everything.

I’m sure the facility is just like any other hotel, but $200 cash deposit on a room is absolutely absurd in this time of the economy; you’re not the Hamptons Inn and you’re located in Roseburg, Oregon of all places. I went across the street- after forfeiting my $90 online to book a reservation here - and spent $75.75 for a single night with no insane deposit necessary.

We waited at the desk to check in for a few minutes while we could see both a male and female staff talking, then he mentioned she had someone at the desk. They acted as if we were bugging them. Then when realizing having the dog kennel was useless in the room it was taken back out to car and the female staff walked up behind my husband and wanted to know what i was doing. When passing by the male staff gave my children a look that they said was creepy. The first time we stayed at this place it was GREAT! We will not he staying there again.

The property was very quiet, no noisy neighbors. The bed was a bit like a hammock, not comfortable for two adults to sleep in. The breakfast offering was some type of bagel and yogurt. We were disappointed as other price point hotels in the area offer much more.

This wasn't our first time staying at this hotel. It's a nice. clean, homey place. The staff has always been so, so sweet! A big plus is that the pool is indoor AND there's a hot tub! If you're in Roseburg, Oregon, stay there! It's very close to the freeway too.
