The host communicated with us immediately upon finding out the internet wasn't working and had it up and running in minutes. Our dog was welcomed without question and she felt right at home. The manager so kindly brought us an iron quickly after we inquired. The dryer is a washer/dryer combo, so I wasn't able to figure out how to fluff try our clothes, the iron did the trick though. The place was very clean and the location was great and I would highly recommend for a couple or small friends group.
