"Such a great place for a short stay room clean, bed comfy, quiet. No coffee pot in room but Starbucks across the parking lot. Coffee downstairs in the morning only. No extra amenities but the price is so reasonable. This is our second stay and we have 3 more reservations in the future. "

"They need to replace the shower heads. Most of the rooms I have stayed in have poor working shower heads. Also, some of the furniture in the rooms need to be replaced. The couch in the room I was in had a burn hole in it."

"We checked in late on Sunday. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room while quite small was very clean and updated. Breakfast was ready by 5:30 and was sufficient. Their sausage is terrific! Staff in the morning was very helpful and friendly. "

"Just what we needed."

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here at Deb’s place on the river. If you’re looking for something fancy or a place to party this is not the place for you. However if you’re looking for a clean, safe place that offers tranquility and privacy then look no further. We loved making s’mores around the fire pit at night and walking down the staircase to the edge of the river. It’s perfect! It’s also close to Heber Springs dame site park where you can swim, jump off the cliffs or go...
