### The Captain's Lodge - Au bord de la mer

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming flat with sea view, located in Roscoff, right on the beach. With a surface area of 44 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises a pleasant 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a private garden of around 150 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- 21 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
Outside :  
\- A private, enclosed 150 m² garden with its north-west-facing terrace. Exposed to the sea to enjoy the sunny days  
  
The flat is ideally located in Roscoff, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).  
  
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Morlaix, approx. 30 km away
