Close to high school and downtown shopping and events: only five blocks to school and seven blocks to downtown. We brought our grandson to the Rattlesnake Roundup and found this gem. Roscoe is a close drive to Sweetwater. It is a "tiny home" behind a house with adjacent parking. We arrived during the wind storm, so the inside of the property had a film of dust by no fault of the owners. It was surprisingly roomy with a kitchenette area, a separate living and bedroom area. The couch was a modern futon that transformed to a bed. The decor was cute and the rooms were situated wisely to maximize living space. Not including the dust, the inside could have used a light cleaning.There were some hairs, cobwebs, etc. but nothing appalling that would make you run for the hills!
