Perfect for gathering in the dining or living room (or outdoor fire pit) with friends or family. Kitchen was comfortable for a small group of us using it together. Feels very private in the wooded setting. A very short walk down the hill leads to a gorgeous waterfall. Well worth it! In fact, open the dining room door to the deck and you can have the sound of a waterfall to accompany your mealtimes or social gatherings. My family and I had a wonderful time in this quiet, comfortable home. We found the completely stocked and equipped kitchen to be exceptionally useful, and we appreciated the mountains of creature comforts available to guests, as well as the effectiveness of the AC and heat. I would be pleased to find an occasion to return. My only nitpick would be the noisy floorboards, it was hard to sneak out in the morning for a bike ride without waking up the house. Jason’s home is close to town and all the great fishing rivers but far enough away to relax by a fire with no noise but the waterfalls on the property. House is very clean and stocked with everything you need. As advertised on the pictures… Jason meets you at check-in and if needed only a phone call away.
