One of the house's assets is its location. It's located in a gated community that requires respect for the neighborhood, just 400m from the first cove and less than 1km from the wheelchair-accessible sandy beach of La Gaillarde.   
  
Explore the Mediterranean seabed by snorkeling, crabs on the rocks and try your hand at paddleboarding or pedal-boating. The more adventurous can opt for kitesurfing, a ten-minute drive away, or scuba diving.

Roquebrune-sur-Argens is a charming little town in the Var region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, in south-east France. It lies on the Côte d'Azur and on the Mediterranean coast, making it a popular summer destination. The town is surrounded by wooded hills and vineyards, offering visitors a picturesque and pleasant landscape. The river Argens also runs through the town, adding to its natural charm. The historic centre of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is a maze of narrow, winding streets lined with stone houses and historic buildings. The town also boasts a medieval castle, built in the 10th century, which offers breathtaking views over the town and surrounding region. For outdoor enthusiasts, Roquebrune-sur-Argens offers plenty of opportunities for hiking and mountain biking in the surrounding hills.
