An ideal holiday rental for a family stay! The property is located in a holiday residence offering peace, quiet, and leisure facilities.  
  
The accommodation consists of:  
A living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping alcove with two single bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning included.  
Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee (please check with the agency).  
Security deposit: €300.  
  
Advantages of this Côte d’Azur rental:  
Garden-level apartment, secure shared parking, large shared swimming pool with a children’s paddling pool, tennis courts, and a lovely sea view.

Nearby attractions include Port Grimaud (the “Venice of Provence”) 7 km away, the Maures Massif, the Esterel Massif 15 km away, the Verdon Gorges 75 km away, Les Issambres Thalassotherapy & Wellness Center 7 km away, Fréjus Zoo 27 km away, and renowned wine-growing areas.
