The Californian-style villa - inspired by architects Franck Loyd Wright and Robert Mallet-Stevens - offers a living space of 300 m2 on three levels, equipped for 6 people. The air-conditioned villa offers an extraordinary interior with natural stone floors and high quality bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find \- entrance hall \- guest toilet and wardrobe \- huge open space living room with high quality furnishings and access through large sliding windows to the adjacent terrace \- dining room with a large dining set \- open and completely equipped kitchen of high standard The spacious terraces are located in front of the living rooms and are equipped with appropriate garden furniture. Via the amazing spiral staircase with glass steps you reach the spacious upper floor with the following rooms: \- three bedrooms with adjacent private terrace and panoramic sea view \- three en-suite granite bathrooms The basement offers a disco-/games room with some sports equipment. A really special feature is the large panoramic window window (140 x 300 cm) which shows the inside of the pool. This level is additionally equipped with \- two similar rooms (without windows) with double beds and for each room a shower room with toilet en suite. These bedrooms are only "reserve" rooms f.e. for staff or invitees. But in view of the missing windows and the equipment not comparable to the comfort of the upstairs bedrooms. The terraces in front of the living-and dining room offers a lounge sitting group and eating ensemble with Gas-BBQ and of course an appropriate number of sun loungers. The panoramic sea view is adorable and to enjoy from nearly all rooms and of course from the pool area. Additionally the plot is sunlit from the morning until the sunset. The plot of 2.300 sqm is closed and offers parking space for 3-4 cars.
