We elected for a room on a higher floor with the view of the tower and the view was incredible. Great balcony to stand and watch the city lights at night. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful, even with our very limited understanding of Japanese. "

"Lovely hotel with a beautiful Japanese garden next to it. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom and trees were lit up at night. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with Kobe beef at their teppanyaki restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would love to stay again for a longer time."
