Ce qui nous a obligés à nous stationner dans un parking public et venir à pieds... Au moment du check-out, et malgré la queue la réception, une des personnes en charge de la clientèle a quitté son poste et nous a demandé de rester dans la file car sa journée était finie. L'hôtel profite de son emplacement privilégié dans Ronda, mais le niveau de service n'est pas du tout à la hauteur des étoiles ni des attentes... Petit-déjeuner très moyen... Tellement éloigné de ce que nous avons pu voir dans d'autres établissement d'Andalousie lors de notre séjour. Considérez d'autres établissement avant de faire votre réservation."
