Inside, you'll find plank flooring throughout and an open floor plan that's perfect for spending quality time together. The spacious galley kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep, and the dining table is a great spot to enjoy a homemade dinner or sip a glass of Finger Lakes wine. There are three private bedrooms upstairs—one queen, one with two doubles, and one with two twin beds—so everyone has a comfy place to rest after a day of adventure. The cottage sleeps up to eight guests comfortably, making it a great choice for families or groups. Just steps from your door, you'll have 60 feet of natural lake frontage to enjoy, along with a permanent dock perfect for fishing, launching a kayak, or soaking up the sun. The gradual slope of the lot makes it easy to access the water and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Two families of 3 stayed together so 4 adults and 2 children and it was perfect. The cottage is so charming. It was impeccably clean. Seriously so impressive! The kitchen is well stocked with basically every cooking gadget or appliance you could need along with tons of serving platters, dishes etc. We cooked at home in the morning and evenings and it worked out great. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. We loved using the kayaks, the suitcase holders in each room are such nice touches and the view from the deck is perfection. We wanted a waterfront property and found this house available. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great trip. Unfortunately the weather turned cold and rainy a few days so we only had one day to enjoy the back deck and the views. The property isn't in town and we liked that the area around it wasn't very populated. Nice and quiet stay. Being right in the water made for beautiful views morning and night, as well as easy access to the water to kayak and swim. The house had everything we needed, including chairs to use on the deck and at the water's edge. The full bathroom on first floor had a great shower and was roomy. Most of our awake time was spent traveling to various wineries and breweries in the area. There are many! We walked to a couple nearby. It was a bit windy and cool so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck and fire pit as we would have liked, but the kitchen table offered a nice view of the lake. The neighbor was friendly and checked in on us upon arrival. She gave us extra coffee and filters, but we did find filters on day 2 tucked away in a drawer. I, personally, would have enjoyed staying an extra couple of days to further explore the area. Would definitely choose this house again. ##### Pamela T.
