You can’t beat the nightly sunsets over Seneca Lake with a perfect view from the deck. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice linens, cool AC, and generally a well cared-for home. Two kayaks for use by renters were a great addition. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, pots & pans, etc. but you definitely need to bring your own paper products and cleaning/laundry supplies. Only negative: checkout is 10am which I’ve never experienced at any other rental property or hotel. 11am is standard and would really be a good change so that large families have time to pack up, wash dishes, gather up towels, load up the cars, etc. We were very rushed trying to get out by 10am — and that timing was not published anywhere in the house, nor mentioned in any emails from the property management company. I only found it by going back to the original VRBO listing. Please consider changing checkout to 11am and then the house will be perfect. ##### Megan B.
