This single-storey retreat offers a blend of comfort and nature. With beautiful sunsets and the chance to spot deer grazing, it’s an idyllic escape. The lounge area opens into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the convenience of modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine. The cottage features two well-appointed bedrooms, a large master bedroom with a super king bed and a second twin bedroom. A a large sofa bed can be made available on request. Step outside to a large lawned garden at the front of the cottage with garden furniture perfect for al fresco dining. For sports enthusiasts, a private tennis court with full equipment provided is available. A short stroll away, you’ll find the local village inn, a dog-friendly spot serving homely fayre and drinks. Nearby, the Kimbridge Estate has an onsite tearoom, café, and gift shop, for the angling enthusiast a daily pass can be purchased to fish the trout lakes. With an abundance of walks from the doorstep, you can be as relaxed or energetic as you feel! The location is ideal for exploring local attractions. Set in a peaceful countryside setting, it was an ideal base for our driving adventures. It was very hard to leave. The hosts were wonderful, the cottage was well set up for the whole family, and we loved waking up to the quiet country atmosphere.
