All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax), on the raised ground floor (basement inaccessible and uninhabited), accessible via an external staircase of 13 steps.  
  
On the same level: fitted kitchen. Living room (TV) and veranda. Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (140x190 cm). Bedroom 2 with 1 single bed (90x190 cm). Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed (160x200 cm). Shower room with large shower and seat, sink. Separate WC.  
  
Outside: partially enclosed garden area (enclosed on the road side, but the back of the garden opens onto an open area). Garden furniture and sheltered lounge area. Parking: possibility to park 1 or 2 cars inside + free parking spaces in front of the house on the street. Garden shed available for storing bicycles or fishing equipment.  
Cot and highchair available. Wi-Fi. Non-smoking accommodation. This accommodation is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Welcome to Gîte Bois de Rose, your comfortable accommodation for a stay with family or friends, located in Romorantin-Lanthenay, a charming town nestled along the banks of the Sauldre River and the natural capital of the Sologne region. Those with a thirst for history won't want to miss the Matra Automobiles Museum, where legendary cars were born, as well as the Sologne Museum to discover the history of Romorantin and the Sologne. You are about half an hour from Beauval Zoo, considered the 4th most beautiful zoo in the world, and also from the famous Château de Chambord with its superb architecture that evokes the spirit of Leonardo da Vinci, or the Château de Cheverny, a listed historical monument that inspired Hergé for the Tintin albums. The Sologne is a land of character, with varied natural landscapes perfect for walks and a rich culinary tradition, notably its Loire wines and goat cheeses.
