Good location, easy access to public transportation. Nice facility from Rome Standards (a bit smaller compared to American lodging facilities). Very nice and responsive staff. I would like to stay again.

First, let me say that my interactions with staff were minimal and uneventful. My biggest issue with service is their decision not to refund my reservation after deciding minutes later we wouldn’t stay due to the conditions we weren’t aware of (didn’t even enter one unit as the code didn’t work). Advertised pictures are definitely misleading, completely different than our experience upon arrival. The outside is full of graffiti, trash, foul odors and unhomed individuals. Unfortunately not knowing the area, it felt very dirty and unsafe. Walking up to the rooms the area was as well dirty… entering the “hallway” to our rooms there was bags of trash and dirty linens. Rooms were not ready, never got access to one of the rooms once “ready”. The couple of minutes spent in one unit, room was muggy. Smaller than pictured. Toilets dirty, dusty floors with crumbs, bobby pin, and human nails, stains on pillows, damaged linen, build up dust in many places, stained curtains with what seemed to be food and just overall damages on walls/closets…. The main door knob FELL OFF when we were leaving to our new reservation elsewhere!!! I wish I would’ve known these things prior to booking and not fell for what in my opinion seems like false advertisement. Definitely not the way I wanted to start my trip with thousands more down the drain! Hope this helps someone visiting Rome for their first time!

An sich schöne kleine Appartements, tw. mit kleiner Kochnische. Die Einrichtung modern in ansprechendem IKEA Stil. Wir wagen jedoch zu bezweifeln, dass die Möbel für den Hotelbetrieb auf Dauer geeignet sind: Die Stühle müssten dringend nachgezogen werden. Die Lampen in den Regalen waren teilweise defekt. Bei Einzug hatten wir eine Verstopfung des Küchenabflusses und des Bidets. Es roch sehr aus dem Abfluss. WIr haben dann die Waschmaschine auf 90°C laufen lassen und konnten die Verstopfung des Abflusses so lösen. Das hätten aber eigentlich nicht wir machen müssen...Der Hotelbetreiber ist nicht vor Ort - per Whatsapp erreichbar. Er kümmert sich dann am nächsten Tag...aber dann mag es schon zu spät sein. An einem Vormittag funktionierte WLAN nicht. Im TV nur ital. Sender, keiner in englischer Sprache. Fazit: Es ist (noch) eine schöne Unterkunft, wenn der Eigentümer künftig in die Pflege investiert. Die Lage ist außerhalb der touristischen Bereiche. Aber sehr sehr gut mit öffentlichem Verkehr angebunden: Direkte Zugverbindung ohne Umsteigen zum Flughafen und der Bus 85 direkt vor der Tür, der zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt fährt.

Appartement bien situé pour visiter Rome, récent et propre, en plein mois d'août la climatisation est présente dans le séjour et pas dans la chambre parentale donc les uns sont au frais et les autres chauds, les moustiques sont également très dérangeant mais j'imagine que ce n'est pas spécifique au logement !! Mais à la ville et la période

Horrible.

The tv didn’t work the entire stay, he claimed to have charged us an extra tax but we already paid it through the app. But asked us to leave cash on the table . The bathroom SMELT HORRIBLE without us even using it. I told him about it but he decided to blame me instead of fixing or apologizing. The smell got worse and worse when we came back to our room from touring it was unbearable.
