Comfortable apartment in the heart of the historic center of Rome, located on the second floor of a historic building without a lift, furnished in a modern style while maintaining its character, with its ancient wooden beams and original parquet; welcoming and equipped with every comfort to make your Roman holiday better. The apartment, accessible through a security door, consists of a large entrance hall with a two-door wardrobe and chest of drawers, large living space with double bed, double sofa bed and living-dining area. The kitchen, equipped with everything needed for your stay including fridge, oven, kettle and 4 burners will allow you to cook as if you were at home. If you need a fifth bed, we can prepare a sofa that converts into a single bed in a separate bedroom, from which you can access the bathroom. This, although small in size, is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. The wifi is present in every corner of the structure, while air conditioning (summer) and heating (winter) are obviously available to make your stay even more comfortable. The TV with DVD player and the armored door are also available to guests.
THE DISTRICT
If a center were to be set between the various attractions of Rome, Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso would certainly be the ideal candidates for the scepter. In the presence of the majesty of Villa Borghese, between the austere glances of the Pincio, a stone's throw from the Auditorium, a multifaceted cultural epicenter and at the top of the trident of the historic center: Via del Corso (shopping queen street), Via di Ripetta and Via del Baboon. The artists and painters of Via Margutta immediately after and the Spanish Steps within walking distance. Colosseum and Vatican? It takes just a few metro or bus stops to reach them.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire accommodation, consisting of entrance with kitchen cupboard, bedroom / dressing room with single sofa bed, a small bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and shower, a living area with double bed, sofa bed and dining area. At least 24 hours before departure guests will be asked to confirm the time they wish to check out (possible by 11am).
INTERACTIONS WITH THE HOST
The host will provide all the necessary information and will also be available in the phase prior to arrival for information or for airport transfer service reservations. Once the keys are handed over and given information on how to move and enjoy the best of the historic center of Rome, customers will be able to use the spaces in total autonomy, taking care to respect the rules of the house and committing to informing them at least the day before. time at which they wish to return the keys according to the methods and times indicated.
