Lovely stay in Rome
We loved our stay at Francesca’s property. We were delighted to find how close we were to a huge open air market with stalls of fresh foods and beautiful hand crafted items for purchase. It’s literally around the corner from the apartment. We found the apartment well stocked for our cooking needs and very comfortable although we didn’t spend much time in it as the area is so full of life and a short walk to the main tourist attractions. Francesca was very helpful and prompt at answering all our questions and she arranged transport for us to the airport on our final day. We loved our stay and felt like we were a part of the village (city) of Rome in this beautifully located apartment.

Perfect. Awesome place, Awesome location.
I wanted a place between the Vatican and the Colosseum, a short walk to a big happening square, on a safe street, a short walk to everything. A place that was historic and interesting looking inside with 2 good sleeping rooms, a good kitchen and a good bathroom, with air conditioning. But not expensive. This place was perfect.

What a wonderful place! Everything exactly as described! Beautiful touches! Host super responsive to everything we asked about! So sweet to leave delicious coffee pods for us guests! And the washer was a savior during this hot Rome stay!! Easy to get everywhere you want to go! AC working great in bedroom and kitchen- our kids did well with a fan next to the pull-out couch! No problem at all! Highly recommend!

Large Apartment in Fantastic Location!
The Apartment is good sized with a large living room w/ Pull-out Sofa Bed, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. Location is the best part being in Regola only a minute walk from Campo de Fiori, yet on a small alley so a little quieter than being on a main street so close to the plaza. Also only a 5 minute walk from Trastavere via Ponte Sisto with that entire area very lively full of people, street entertainers, restaurants and bars! Lots of markets nearby to stock up on water and other necessities. Only downsides were 1) person that checked us in did not show us that you could access an inner terrace off of which was the laundry room for the apartment, 2) we never could find the iron and ironing board that was listed for the apartment, and 3) there are only AC units in the Master Bedroom and Kitchen, so the living room tends to get very hot during the heat of the day. Overall, a fantastic stay and the owner was very responsive via telephone during normal operating hours. Thank You!

Great location for getting to all Rome has to offer
This apartment is in a location that makes it easy to walk to everything which is exactly what we wanted. The neighborhood itself is not as pretty as many others (lots of graffiti) but it is safe, bustling, and there are many shops, restaurants and cafes around every corner. We loved Barnum Roma & Ai Balestrari Campo de Fiori in particular. The apartment itself has a lot of character and interest inside. We loved the big windows which we could open when the weather was good to enjoy the breeze and city sounds. It would be tough to stay here in really extreme heat as the air conditioning only cools off the bedroom. We had two of us on the pull out in the living room and it was warm at night. There is a laundromat right across the street from the apartment which was very convenient and easy to use. We had a few things come up like the tv not working right away but the owner was very quick to help and make it right one way or another. Overall, great for getting around Rome on foot but not the best option if you’re looking for an apartment to spend a lot of time in.

Exactly As Advertised
This place is exactly what you need if you’re looking for spacious, affordable, and comfortable accommodations in the best neighborhood. It’s walking distance to anything you need: cafes, restaurants, shops, market, laundromat, etc. An espresso Keurig and pods are provided, along with sugar. Two A/C units, and a towel warmer in the bathroom. The best feature for me was the washer, just outside the little balcony off the bedroom. No detergent was provided but we scored some at the market just a few feet away. No complaints and will definitely stay here again if I’m fortunate enough to find myself back in Rome.

Nice place, but....
Overall it was a decent place to stay. In the evening it is very loud in the apartment from people outside, not the owners fault but a good thing to know. The couches had stains on them from who knows what, could be old but doesn't look "clean". Refrigerator was not clean and interior shelves broken. Internet is non existent in the back bedroom. Location is good, close to a lot of food, shopping and landmarks.

Great Spot Near Campo Dei Fiori
Great apartment and location. The apartment was well furnished, very roomy for 2 people and very clean. Nice bathroom and shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher. It was centrally located to most of to most of the sights. If you have a gluten sensitivity there is a great GF bakery 2 blocks away by the Ponte Sisto, a very good GF pizza and pasta restaurant 2 blocks away and another 1/2 mile away in Trastevere. The host was very responsive and was easy to communicate with. The host made check in easy and will arrange transportation from and to the airport for you as well as luggage storage when you arrive as you wait for the 3 pm check in. The rates for both are very reasonable. Highly recommend this rental. I would use it again.

This apartment is close to a little area with great restaurants and night life. It's a bit of a walk to the major tourist attractions, but taxis are plentiful and affordable. I would definitely stay here again.
