Good location, near Trevi fountain. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores near. 4 min walk of a metro station. Staff gave us good recommandations for things to do. Good air conditioning in the room.

Great place to stay close to Roma Termini train station. Air conditioning works well in the summer heat and staff were helpful. Room was very clean and fit all our needs. No complaints!

The hotel was conveniently situated near Roma Termini and the Monti neighborhood. It was immaculately clean and in a beautiful building. The room and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was the Expedia app and the Expedia website. The hotel tried to message us through Expedia, but both the app and the website when I logged in said there were no messages, though Expedia kept sending me emails that there were messages from the hotel. I had to communicate with the hotel through WhatsApp.

Our room must have been recently renovated, it was pristine! Everything was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, staff were very friendly & helpful and location was great. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean and spacious room with a nice espresso machine too. The location was great, with very good restaurants, shops and a grocery store nearby. The area felt very safe and is walkable to all the spots you want to see.

The staff were great, ideally located and I was very happy with my room. The building itself was very interesting and as soon as you went through those big wooden doors, you could feel the hush and quiet after being on a busy street. I would stay again.

Hotel was perfect for our 4 days in Rome. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location, everything was within walking distance. Staff were very helpful with clear communication starting prior to check-in. Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. It was quiet at the time we were there but if it is busy you may be able to hear a bit of noise in the hallway or the room next door. All around great experience. Thank you Velia Relais staff!

We loved it here! Safe and clean. Definitely recommend. Feels like the true Italian experience. Super close walk to Monti- great restaurants and shopping nearby. All the sights are a walkable distance away. The hotel staff arranged our airport drop off seamlessly which made everything much easier!

My stay in Velia Relais was honestly great for my first visit to Rome. The staff member I worked with was particularly helpful with checking in, with clear explanations about everything and how to access the building. The room I booked (Economy Double Room Single Use) was great, especially as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, the room and restroom were clean when I arrived, and I appreciated the coffee machine. I would highly recommend Velia Relais.

The property is a part of several accommodations in the same building and although a bit complicated to get through the maze of locked doors, once inside and settled, it is a great respite from a busy city. The in-room amenities are sparse but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is large by Italian standards. The location is perfect. Far enough from the central chaos yet steps from a Metro line and the Roma Termini Station. Certainly an affordable and comfortable accommodation.
