### VILLA TORLONIA - Exclusive Penthouse x4! NEW

Large, bright and refined penthouse of about 70 square meters, located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator (which goes up to the fourth floor), in an elegant and safe district. Finely furnished, with parquet floors and design furniture.  
  
The apartment, very quiet and with a wonderful view over the rooftops of Rome, is located near Villa Torlonia, with its historic park of over 132 square meters and the Civette Museum, and the Coppedè district. It is perfectly located in a central area and in a quiet street, ideal for a couple and also for those traveling for work: the Parioli, Porta Pia, La Sapienza University, the Umberto I Hospital , the Trieste district, the historic center and the Termini station are all easily reachable on foot or by public transport (bus, tram and Metro-B).  
  
The modern, comfortable and tastefully furnished house consists of a large living room with a sitting area with a sofa bed, a dining area and a large open kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster to prepare quick snacks or complete meals.  
  
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe.  
  
The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, and a bidet.  
  
The panoramic terrace is equipped with table and chairs and offers the opportunity to relax outdoors during meals and whenever you want, using the practical grill for a quick barbecue!  
  
Other services available to guests: independent heating, 3 fan coils and a heat pump, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer, unlimited WiFi and cable TV SKY Q.  
  
Bed linen and towels provided on arrival.  
  
Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in.  
  
We will be available to guests for any questions, information, needs and clarifications by phone and mail.  
  
Upon check-in, each guest is required to display a valid document for the purpose of communicating personal data to the Public Safety Authority, as required by the law.  
  
Upon arrival you'll be asked to pay the city tax of € 3,50 per person per night,as per Italian Law.  
  
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:  
  
\- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;  
  
\- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;  
  
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.
