Lovely 60 sqm two-room apartment with a garden on the ground floor and consisting of one bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom in Trastevere. The Trastevere Station is only a seven-minute walk from the apartment.. The apartment is located between the well-known and loved neighbourhood of Trastevere and Monteverde, a residential area of Rome near the Tiber river. This area is famous for its fountains, statues, and walking paths in parks such as Villa Sciarra and Villa Doria Pamphili, which also offer gardens and outdoor concerts. The Historic centre of Rome is easily reached by tram No. 8.

The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city centre.  
Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.  
Blue stripes: The ordinary rate is € 1.00 per hour outside the ZTL and € 1.20 per hour in the ZTL. The discounted rate, on the other hand, is valid everywhere: € 0.20 for 15 minutes of parking (short stay, for payments made only from the parking meter); € 4.00 for 8 hours of continuous parking; € 70.00 for a calendar month.

\===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====  
Lovely 60 sqm two-room apartment with a garden on the ground floor and consisting of one bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom in Trastevere. The Trastevere Station is only a seven-minute walk from the apartment.. The apartment is located between the well-known and loved neighbourhood of Trastevere and Monteverde, a residential area of Rome near the Tiber river. This area is famous for its fountains, statues, and walking paths in parks such as Villa Sciarra and Villa Doria Pamphili, which also offer gardens and outdoor concerts. The Historic centre of Rome is easily reached by tram No. 8. On entering the house, the sleeping area is divided from the living area. To the right, there is the bathroom with the bedroom, a small corridor and there is the living room with the kitchenette and a French window to exit to the garden.  
  
The living room has a sofa bed (160cm x 200cm), a television corner, a dining table with 4 chairs. Furniture, lamps and pictures complete the living room furnishings. The house is equipped with an air-conditioning system. From the living room there is access to the garden. The washing machine is located in a cupboard outside , on the steps (4 steps) going down to the garden .  
  
The bedroom entering on the right has one double bed (160cm x 190cm), bedside tables, wardrobe and air conditioning,  
  
The kitchen is complete with a refridgerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery and crockery for six people.  
  
The bathroom has sanitary fittings and a shower cubin.  
  
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Bed linen and towels (weekly changed), Extra Cleaning, High chair, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.
