Great and fancy hotel. Boutique hotel so small size. Service is great and staff will go lengths to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast on rooftop is great. All in all highly recommended!

It’s nice Location a good room but I ask for check out late at 2:30. Thursday told me the hotel is fully booked. they can’t do they check out after that? I told them I will pay for that they told me it’s availability to do late checkout at 2:30 for €200.

I stayed in 3 hotels during my time in Rome. My husband had a medical emergency so we were not able to fly back when initially planned. I wanted to extend my stay here but unfortunately they were all booked out so had to go somewhere else. The staff went above and beyond our entire stay. If I ever come back to Rome this is where I will stay. It was by far the best of the 3 hotels we stayed.

The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Florence’s historic heart, yet tucked into a quiet street that offered rare tranquility. We were minutes from the Duomo, the Uffizi, and the Ponte Vecchio, yet felt like we were in our own hidden corner of the city. The staff deserves special praise. Attentive without being intrusive, they anticipated our needs with grace and provided wonderful recommendations that helped us experience Florence like locals. First Arte is more than a hotel—it’s an experience. We left feeling deeply inspired and refreshed, already dreaming of our return.

We had a lovely stay at the First Arte Hotel and enjoyed the area and a Italy to walk everywhere. The hotel is gorgeous with a rooftop linge and restaurant. We had the suite which was extremely well designed and luxurious. At the end of a long day we enjoyed rh peaceful and quiet room. The staff are gracious and warm—Gianfranca and Alex were lovely! The entire office team are exceptional. We cannot recommend the hotel and experience enough for families or a romantic getaway. Grazie!!
