Ancient marbles that belonged to the Roman princes, parts of the walls from which fragments of amphora still emerge: the original character has been carefully respected in the modern renovation. It consists of two bedrooms, each one with a large double bed and its own bathroom with access from the bedroom, in addition to a common room intended for the living room, where there is a comfortable sofa bed for a possible fifth guest. In the living room there is a dining area, a kitchen with a combined oven (including a microwave), a fridge and a gas hob. Air conditioning in every room. The main bathroom in antique yellow marble has a very comfortable shower (1.50 x 0.90 m); a marble sink that, like the others in the house, was created from a fountain that comes from the garden of one of the oldest Roman families. The bathroom of the second bedroom, with shower box, is smaller in size but not less attention to detail, also equipped with a hairdryer and a still functioning bronze cock of the '700. Via dei Giubbonari, which leads to the Campo dei Fiori square, is one of the busiest streets in the center and full of shops. This apartment, located a few meters from the ancient House of Pompey, is ideal for a fascinating exploration of the mysteries and wonders of the Eternal City. The apartment was amazing with old and new architecture. We loved the marble pieces throughout the walls. Location was perfect with the piazza down the street where we found plenty of places to eat and a daily farmer’s market. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Karen C. The property is in a central location with lots of restaurants and shopping. It is as very clean and had a spacious master bedroom & bathroom.
