On the second floor of a newly renovated building and completely refurbished to allow maximum comfort to your stay. The apartment is located in the center of Ostia with a sea view, 100 meters from the Ostia Pier and bathing establishments. LIVING ROOM It is equipped with 1 sofa bed and 1 two-seater sofa 1 table and 4 chairs from where you can enjoy a pleasant sea view. A 43" smart TV, excellent internet connection ideal for smart working and work calls and double lighting, congruent to your taste. You will also enjoy split with air conditioning. The living room has a balcony overlooking the sea, and the central square of Ostia, (Piazza Anco Marzio). KITCHEN Kitchen made to measure to take advantage of all available space, to put at your disposal a very comfortable cooking area. The 'room is large and very comfortable. At your disposal, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with icebox, Lavazza coffee maker, microwave and a kettle. In addition, for your safety a carbon monoxide sensor is installed. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are great with luxurious large-head showers. The town has some very nice restaurants, especially those clustered in a 3-block pedestrian zone, and there are a couple of nice ones right across the street from the apartment. It is a pretty good base for exploring Rome once you get the hang of the train and business system. A couple of things you should know: A. Although the town is right by the airport, few airport cabs will take you there and those that will do so will charge a lot (50 euros) for the short distance. Taking the train requires a ride into central Rome before you can switch to the line that serves Ostia. B. The unit has an "ocean view" only in a narrow slit between 2 buildings in the block across the street. When we booked, the house location showed as on the waterfront; when we checked in, the hosts told us the correct address. If this is an issue, check it. C. There is no parking for the unit, just normal on-street spaces. We were lucky to find a spot about 2 blocks away and the owners helped us with the luggage so we could get it done in one lift. ##### Lynn P.
