Bed-great. Staff-excellent. Breakfast fabulous and complimentary. Excellent, easy, gracious early check-in when asked for after a sleepless trans-Atlantic trip. Next door to my family’s room as requested. We were asked to conserve on towels which we usually do; however the showers leaked on bathroom floors, we had to use them to wipe up for safety. Loved hotel!
