St. Peter's - Italian Wine is a 70 sqm luxury apartment, has been newly renovated and elegantly furnished, located at the ground floor of the building, we choose St. Peter's-Italian wine, as the name because the apartment boasts a delicious wine cellar with a wide selection of Italian wines in the living room. The apartment is situated in St. Peter area (Prati), a few meters from the Vatican City, in which you breathe the atmosphere of the eternal city. Tube access is only 3 mins but you will not need it! A few minutes on foot, you can reach the Vatican museums, St. Peter's Square, Castel Sant'Angelo and Via Cola di Rienzo (famous for its shops, landmark Roman shopping). You will be able to reach Piazza del Popolo, the Pincio, Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps in just 15 minutes. The three apartments are a strategic location just minutes away from the sporting events, including the Auditorium of Music, the Olympic Stadium and the Foro Italico. St. Peter Cellar - Italian Wine is an apartment, recently renovated and elegantly furnished, of 70 square meters located on the ground floor of the building. We chose St. Peter's cellar - Italian wine as a name as the apartment has a lovely wine cellar with various labels of Italian wines to taste to make an unforgettable stay. The apartment is located in the "Prati" neighborhood, "San Pietro" area, a few meters from the Vatican, where you can breathe the atmosphere of the eternal city. In a few minutes on foot, walking, you can reach the Vatican museums, Piazza San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo and Via Cola di Rienzo (famous for its shops, a reference point for Roman shopping). Problème d’humidité dans tout l'appartement nos vêtements sont à laver. La terrasse n’est pas privative elle se situe au milieu de l’immeuble. La pièce de vie est très petite. Bien trop cher !!! Par contre le propriétaire nous a donné de bons conseils resto et est très réactif. ##### Lynda B. We found a rat in the toilet (I have a picture) and smashed bug on the wall of the bedroom. Food we brought on kitchen counter was chewed through the container (likely mice/rat). Also, it was not made clear that the entire amount of the property had to be paid prior to check in (per the owner) and there was a luggage storage fee which I have never experienced in all my years of travel. The owner advised us at check in that we needed to pay a tax that had to be paid in cash. We were not advised of this ahead of time which would have been helpful. Overall, pretty stressful experience. This was our third time in Rome and we would not return to this property. ##### Patricia H. Wir haben uns in der geschmackvollen, sehr sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr angenehm empfanden wir die Sitzmöglichkeit im Innenhof. Perfekt für einen Morgenkaffee und Zigarettenpause. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt für einen Besuch des Vatikans. Die Innenstadt war mit E-Scootern gleich erreichbar. Andrean hat uns sehr freundliche empfangen, war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.
