Jul 8, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Der Kunde interessiert nicht wirklich Wo soll ich anfangen - Z.B.: Die Dusche war völlig hinüber. Es gibt nur einen fest installierten Duschkopf und keinen Schlauch. Weil aber der Duschkopf schon lange aus der Verankerung gebrochen ist, läuft das warme Wasser mehr oder minder die Wand entlang. Man kann also eigentlich gar nicht richtig duschen. Wenn es eine Mietwohnung wäre, würde man dafür die Miete kürzen. Die Lampe im Wohnzimmer, die Lampe über dem Spiegel im Bad, eine der beiden Flurlampen - funktionieren alle nicht. Zu viele Zufälle, die Wahrheit ist: da kümmert sich halt niemand so wirklich. Die Küchenutensilien sind zwar vorhanden, erinnern aber mehr an Omas Haushaltsauflösung. Ein einziges Geschirrtuch, kein weiterer Lappen. Kein Topf, an dem noch die Griffe vorhanden wären, aber auch keine Topflappen. Besser nicht in der Wohnung kochen wollen. Hat der Eigentümer bestimmt auch noch nicht gemacht, jede Wette. Wie aus einer Haushaltsauflösung auch die Möbel, unter den Matratzen ein Metall-Netzgewebe anstatt Lattenrost usw. Wenn man um dieselbe Zeit für denselben Preis ein Appartement im 5-Sterne-Appartementhaus in Zentrumsnähe bekommen hätte, ist das schon halt schon sehr teuer. Sie brüsten sich damit, dass sie 80 Wohnungen am Laufen haben. Davon wird aber die einzelne Wohnung auch nicht wirklich besser. Bei großer Hitze wird einem eine Klimaanlage fehlen - eigentlich bei dem Preis auch Standard. Eine Quittung für die Zahlung der Touristenabgabe wurde mehrmals verweigert. Man hätte doch unsere Ausweise kopiert, für die Website der Behörde. Ja, ach so. Und wenn sich die Agentur das Geld stattdessen vielleicht einfach einsteckt? Muss nicht sein, könnte aber. Davor, dass wir nur einen oder gar keinen Stern vergeben haben, hat sie nur bewahrt, dass es einigermaßen sauber und ruhig war, dabei recht gut gelegen. ##### Christoph N. Stayed 4 nights in Jun 2019
