The apartment, with security door, was renovated in 2014 by providing it with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Triple exposure, is on the 5th floor with elevator. You enter through a beautiful outdoor balcony on Via Tuscolana. It has a terrace with a beautiful view. In spring days you can have breakfast outside. And 'suitable for families and also for groups of friends. Kitchen, very new, 4-burner stove, fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, with table (extendable) for 6 people. Marble bathroom with large walk-in glass shower, 2 bedrooms (wanting 4 single beds), living room with lounge bed, the wrought iron beds, are comfortable with slatted frames and orthopedic mattresses and a choice of pillows. New bedding, bathroom (shower towel, face towel and bidet towel for each guest) and kitchen. Books, CDs and DVDs WIFI Internet connection, TV. Corridor and entrance window.
