Great location! It’s across the street from Roma termini if you take the Marsala uscita. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Clear instructions were sent before checking in. The room is spacious and super clean.
Carolina and Maria are wonderful people always helpful and with great siggestions, great smiles always there when needed.
The place was extremely clean , bathrooms and water pressure were awesome. Easy access to Termini station. Secure entry and exit. Cleaning staff great. The terrace on second floor was a paradise the espresso machine awesome. You have you have to book a short or long stay in Rome this is the place . You will not be disappointed.
Once again please thanks Maria and Carolina awesome people.
This is a really great property right across the street from the Roma Termini. The room was clean and nice, and provides everything you need. When you book, get VERY specific directions because there isn't signage and we had trouble finding the door. The sign was on a keypad the size of an index card. Once you find it, everything inside is great. You won't see the staff after you check in, even during business hours, we couldn't find anyone. We didn't need them for anything, though, as the room was very clean, nice, and the air conditioning was great.
From the moment we booked, Rishon had messaged us with all the information we needed. They were helpful in explaining the routine around checking in after hours and the information to enter the building was very clear, including the videos.
The building smelled fresh and the room is probably one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. Any question I had the staff answered promptly and were very easy hoing with my requsts. The room is elegant yet simple in design. Cleaned and reset daily whilst we were out.
Perfect location, with it being literally round the corner from Roma Termini. Yet walking distance to main attractions.
I had mentioned that my wife and I will be celebrating an anniversary, and the staff had kindly left a lovely not and beautiful flowers when we checked in.
You can see the care and attention being taken to refurb the hotel, it will be perfect for the whole family.
I have already planned to visit Rishon again.
Our stay in Rome was okay overall. The room was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the check-in process was straightforward. While it wasn’t anything exceptional, it was a decent place to stay if you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep while sightseeing.
Hotel is seemingly very new so room and fixtures were in exceptional condition as expected.
Staff were very friendly, lovely and helpful.
Location was beyond helpful standing right next to Roma Termini station.
Not as helpful for the sights though - it’s a reasonable walk from most of the main city history.
Quite close to the Colosseum though!
Would definitely stay again.
The room was very clean and the shared spaces too. The reception was friendly and helpful. It is well located near the train station and close to many options for restaurants.
I needed a room near the train station at the last minute so I could catch an early flight back home the next morning. Hotel Rishon was a fantastic find that had just completed renovations and provided a clean, safe, elegant and welcoming stay. It’s on the north side of the station which has fewer youth hostels and more govt offices so it’s a little less frenetic than the south side of the station. Highly recommend this hotel!
I would get this hotel, a five star rating on crossing board except for just one thing, and it’s the most important thing.
A/C is controlled to no lower than 78°F. Even if it says lower it won’t blow below 78°F
The AC is strictly controlled, and at about 78° F . I was sweating all night. You can manage a *little bit* better by pushing your entire bed all the way forward to the middle of the room under the AC, and change the settings off of their “AI” settings. There’s a big sign that says not to do that but you can do it and set it to The snowflake icon, It helps a little, but really not that much more because it is controlled, it just keeps it constantly at the controlled lowest. Italy is known for not having great AC and this is one of those examples. You really need to do your research on finding a place that has AC but really digging deeper to check that it is not controlled AC. That’s where they get you to save on energy costs at the expense of the guest. No one wants to sleep completely sweating even while sleeping naked on top of the sheets, with the bed moved directly under the AC further down the room.
