FIERA RESIDENCE UNIT 1. Fiera 1 is part of a delightful group of 4 two room apartments of 45 square meters and 4 or 5 beds each. Located halfway between the city and the international airport of Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci, Fiera 1 is a fully equipped budget apartment, with reserved parking space, air conditioning, free fast WiFi connection (optical fiber), Smart TV Netflix and AmazonTV and very well connected to the center, the beaches and the Fiera di Roma. Our Residence from June 2022 is also equipped with a column for recharging electric vehicles. The apartment is on the first floor and is 45 square meters with 4 beds. It consists of a living room with a delightful built in kitchenette, a fully functional fireplace and 2 single sofa beds 80x200 (which can be combined into a single double sofa bed). One bedroom two large single beds cm. 90 X 200 that can be joined on request into a large "kingsize" double bed, a bathroom with shower and a spacious balcony complete the structure. It is equipped with all comforts: free reserved parking space, air conditioning, independent heating, free WiFi internet connection, washing machine, Smart TV with Netflix and AmazonTV, telephone.



This rate includes: * Utilities * WiFi Internet connection * Courtesy kit (soap and shampoo) * In the apartments are pillows, blankets, bed sheets (for twin beds), towels, tea towel and bath mat * Final cleaning * Air conditioning (1.6 30.9) and heating (1.11 15.4) * Free local calls. * Cleaning assurance: if you do not find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours of your arrival and I will have the apartment(s) cleaned again, free of charge. * 24 hours assistance for any issue not only pertaining to the apartment * Free healtcare 24h assistance in English, French, German and Spanish (Health advice, Medical dispatch, connection with the hospital, etc.) EXTRAS: * Car transfer to/from airport/stations * Baby cot (less than 2 yo) : free (please note that I do not provide linen, blankets or pillows for the baby cot)

Arrivals: Check in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, but I m flexible! If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact me in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you. After 4:00 PM, self check in is available, provided that the online registration has been completed beforehand. We will then arrange an appointment for an in person identity verification. If you prefer a personal check in, we need to schedule a precise appointment time. Please note: After 8:00 PM, a late check in fee of 50 applies. After midnight, the late check in fee is 70. Departures: Check out is by 10:00 AM. If you need a different check out time, please let me know at least two days in advance I will do my best to accommodate your request! Pets: I am happy to welcome your four legged friends! A one time cleaning fee of 50 per stay applies for extraordinary cleaning services.

Flatinrome Residence Fiera is located on Via Lorenzo Allievi, in the Ponte Galeria district, in the western outskirts of Rome, near the border with the municipality of Fiumicino. Rome City Center: well connected via Ponte Galeria train station, located right in front of the residence, offering direct service to Roma Trastevere station in approximately 14 minutes. Services and Transport Links The area is well served by public transport: Train: the FL1 line connects Ponte Galeria with several stations in Rome and Fiumicino Airport. To get to Fiera di Roma Exhibition Centre you can either walk (800 metres or 1/2 mile, but 200 metres are dangerous to walk, because without side walk, take a train from ponte Galeria station to Fiera station (1,50 Euros, 2 minutes) or take bus 808 (1,50 Euros, 5 minutes). Either station and bust stop are just in front of the apartment.
