The house (fully renovated in March 2025) is located in a quiet and characteristic street and in a strategic position to visit Rome: 8 min walk away from Santa Maria in Trastevere 10 min walk away from Piazza Trilussa 15 min walk away from Campo de Fiori or Largo Torre Argentina 20 mins walk away from Pantheon or Piazza Navona This detached house is spread over three floors. At the ground floor there are the ample living room with dining area, the garden (25 sqm), a double bedroom (bed size 160 x 190 cm) with an ensuite bathroom (with shower) and the kitchen. The garden is furnished with table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside. At the first floor there are two double bedrooms (beds size 160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a tube. Each bedroom has a little balcony. At the second floor there is the big roof terrace (35 sqm) furnished with a big couch and "coffee table", there is also an open shower (no privacy - only cold water). The house is fully furnished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, air conditioning (in each bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating, smart TV (in the living room), Nespresso coffee pods machine, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Guests will have access to the entire house. Let us know if you need help or advice on: \- Private taxi from/to airports, train stations and Civitavecchia harbor. \- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums. \- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart. Always vigilate children when they are in the garden or on the balconies or on the terrace. Always pay attention to open and close mosquito nets gently. Do not move or use indoor furniture outside in the garden or on the balconies or terrace. Toilet use: Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin. As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide an id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian. For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 150 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM. Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight. The house is two stories plus the top floor patio. The patio is great except when it’s 95 we were not sitting out there. The first floor you walk in kitchens to your left nice size. It has all the amenities really that you need then to the right is the bathroom and the first floor bedroom. Which was perfect for me except the only issue I had was you can’t close the shutters so basically if the shutters across the street are open, I had people like looking at me. There were no curtains so hopefully the owners think about either fixing the shutters making it accessible to close from within the room or just put up a nice curtain that Sheerer would be fine. Besides that TV worked the couches they’re comfortable. I know they just renovated so they’re probably gonna hopefully put up some wall art because it’s very minimalistic once again fine for us. To me it’s always location, location location. DHondt and Diego were great to work with. They can help with car service which was Edwin and he was great. He dropped us off at the house and I had him pick us up when we were leaving and bring us back to FCO airport. So the only reason I said overall, I gave it a four but I gave almost every single thing of five star was just it was just very bare minimalistic. I’m usually used to places in Italy just being a little cozier. But great location and I do highly recommend it and I would stay there absolutely again and the bakery across the ##### Selina H.
