best location!!!! but some minor issues too
location location location!!! is simply awesome. can walk to almost very major tourist attraction from here. does not get better from location perspective. beautiful church across from hotel. Excellent carrefour grocery store 100 feet away pasta eats and two fast food authentic pizzerias with 200 feet. Some minor issues: 1. Bathroom vent fan was broken and the air fan for the room was not working. So bad bathroom odors lingered too long and the place can get warm even in winter. 2. We need hot showers after a long day - but this place had only warm water - very disappointing. They said it was due to a previous issue with water heater. 2. Front door at building entrance is difficult to use.

Arrived after hours and had a difficult time discerning where the hotel was. After a few minutes of being oriented to the piazza we found it and checkin was spectacular. Directions were informative and easy to follow. Staff were polite and cheerful offering great advice about what to do.

Room was clean, beds were nice and it was a good location. I don't know where the picture came from but that was NOT the hotel we stayed in. The front desk staff was nice the one time we saw them. They were not available to anyone for questions etc. The bath room was terrible. The shower was a rain shower on the ceiling, and sprayed EVERYWHERE. At 5'4 you have to be a contortionist if you don't want to get your hair wet. The sink was not user friendly. The inside was at an angle and the Faucet was only about 4 inches above it. The room was dark and small, only to find it had a wall that was like a hall that went to a box like a box like a phone booth. Still not sure about it. Also, as we booked several months ago I would have thought we would have had a nicer room with a view better the let's call it a vespa garage and the back door of the food places. it was a dark and dingy view.

Dear Robyn, we thank you for your feedback.We are glad that you enjoyed the location and the cleanliness.Concerning the reception office, it si not 24/7 available, but our back office is until 00:00.We are sorry for the inconvenience with the shower.We always show our guests how to reach their room or send them a map to find it. The residence only has two corridors and the majority of our guests do not have any trouble finding them. We only have one deluxe room, so as stated, the view is on the courtyard; there's no possibility of room with city view for this typology. You might have checked for other rooms typology.Regarding the courtyard, we do our best, but cannot manage all the common areas since the property is located in a building with other businesses.Thank you again and hope to welcoming you back in Rome!

This property was not totally what we were expecting but it worked for us. It is located a floor up from ground level of a local apartment building and the rooms are located just off the front desk. We had one giant room, ceilings were high and location was central. Staff not always available but they did communicate with us. If you are coming from the US, this is not a typical hotel/condo experience so just be aware of that going in.

This room was perfect for what we needed as a family of four. Modern amenities and spacious, with close proximity to local sites. However, the lobby of the apartment complex does not leave a great first impression. Large Trash bins were visible and carpeting was quite dirty. Entrance is very dark at night which leaves one slightly uncomfortable when entering. If internal amenities and proximity to tourist sites are all that matters for you then this is a good option for you.

Beautiful hotel
The hotel is exactly as described. We booked the presidential suite to use the sauna and hot tub. They worked neatly. The room is gigantic. We probably do it again!

We did not stay at the property. We booked it and when we arrived there was no one there to check us in and no instructions at the front desk. We left and had to book another hotel. We should not be charged for this...horrible way to do business. They sent me a text and hour after I arrived and had already booked another room. There needs to be a disclosure stating that there isn't a reception 24 hours to assist. Instructions should be on their page at time of booking...it was horrible. There should be someone there to check people in...

While the rooms were nice and the location was walkable to restaurants and site seeing, we checked in after 3:30 so the reception area was closed, the hotel sent me an e mail with directions and different codes to access the hotel and then codes to access our rooms, it was inconvenient that there was no one to ask questions to.

I liked our room very much, the ladies on reception were so lovely and so helpful with all our needs. Hotel is in a perfect location. The room was always very tidy. Only slight criticism would be I would of liked the option to have the bed sheets changed instead of tucked back in and I would of liked the floor cleaned. Wooden floors always attached grit which you end up bringing into the bed sheets

AMAZING!!! Love this room! We had the bigger room and none of us wanted to leave! Bathroom was amazing! Staff very helpful. Close to many restaurants, great Irish pub within a block. Walking distance to Colosseum, ruins, and Vatican.

Great location, warm staff, nice rooms!
This a great boutique hotel near many famous sites- the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain are very close. We walked a little further to the Borghese, Coliseum, and St. Peter’s Square. The beds were great and the rooms clean as well as fashionable. We surprised the staff (poor planning on our part) with an additional guest who we hadn’t reserved, and they were very accommodating. Take a minute and go into the church across the street- quite an interior to observe! There is a grocery store a few steps away for less expensive drinks and snacks than convenience stores meant for tourists. It is a little confusing (for an American expecting a typical hotel lobby!) to find the door from the street- no sign other than the listing on the doorbell on the building. Prepare to walk up a flight of stairs to the lobby- it might have been a problem if my parents had joined us on the trip.

Great value for your money!
Piazza del Gesu was a wonderful way to experience Rome! It is within walking distance to almost anything you want to do and see, and it is incredibly comfortable. Yes, the office hours are very short, but if you know that in advance and set up check-in details early, it will be a smooth process. This was the best value for our money on our whole vacation!

Most comfy bed in Italy!
Rome was the first stop of many on our Italian trip. It was a bit hard to find the hotel, but once you did, it was such a unique experience. The room was very nice and clean and the bathroom was large. The only complaint was that the walls were SO thin. We could hear the couple in the room next to us yelling all day/night. If noise is a problem for you, I don't recommend this property. The bed was so comfy though, and the location was great for everything we wanted to do.

The location could not be better! The room was a little small but with its two-window/door terrace and high ceilings it worked fine, even with its round bed taking up so much room.

Excellent location. Room is clean, comfortable and staff is very good. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because the front desk is only staffed from 9-3. If you check in after that you need to follow the instructions but they aren't provided until so many days prior to check in and we were already traveling without email access. You will need the key for the elevator and that is only available 9-3, otherwise you will have to lug you luggage up the stairs. Again, room and location are great - best to check in from 9-3.

Amazing location
This hotel is in a amazing location, you can walk to all big attractions within 10-15 mins, local shops and many restaurants. Rooms are very clean and they an amazing expresso machines for your morning coffee. Reception staff are very helpful with check in and directions. The only negative is trying to find the door to the hotel, after you come in from the main door, it is very confusing, we went up and down several times trying to find the reception, with suitcases this very very stressfull. I would strongly recommend the hotel place larger clear signs on the ground level and on the door to reception. Thanks

Centrally Located Hotel
My family and I had a great time in Rome and loved our stay. The room was as shown in the pictures. The location is central, within walking distance to the Pantheon & Colosseum. The receptionist was friendly, although they're only there for 9.30-3.30pm. We rarely have anything that required their assistance out of those hours. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Amazing Romantic place to stay in Rome
The Piazza del Gesù Luxury Suites is by far one of the best places I have had the fortune to stay in. The level of customer service from Elisa was 5* from the moment of booking and she made sure that everything before we arrived was all in place, Champagne, Flowers, Chocolates etc. The transfer service from the airport was first class and when we arrived the room we were staying in -The Presidential Suite was unbelievable. The pictures on the website do not do this room justice....it is amazing. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, Sauna and Waterfall Shower was great and there was so much room to fully relax after excursions around Romes historical attractions. The Apartments are in a fantastic location with only a 10-15 minute walk to a lot of the main attractions, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, The Forum, Palatine Hill, Colosseum. I would highly recommend staying here and it is a definite 10/10 score

Great location
Great location, very near 3-4 easy bus stops; very near Pantheon & Piazza Navona; walkable to Colosseum area. Very quiet & clean. Front desk is staffed only 9:30-3:30, but they sent door codes to get in before & after hours, even for check-in.

Great room, reception not dependable.
The room was exactly as advertised, but getting there and into the room was a very difficult process. The front desk is not open as advertised. They apparently changed the self entry process, had emailed us a day before leaving for the trip, but we didn’t get it on time. Despite that, we made it to the lobby, had figured out the instructions and simply could not get the key. The emergency number they had for that sort of thing was not being answered and so we had to find another place to stay. After we had done all that, we finally heard back via email, and I believe they said they tried to call us, but it was too late already. Pay very close attention to details on how to get in the room when no one is at the reception as they don’t cover the hours noted.

Good value for accommodations in the heart of downtown. Small boutique hotel with modern feel set in older building on first level above street. Only inconvenience was the lift. Key operated, but key was missing so desk clerk had to send lift down so we could load baggage and when we went out the desk clerk was gone for the day and we had to walk up the flight of stairs.
