This Trastevere Penthouse ("angelishouse" - unit B) is a top floor apartment with stunning Panoramic Roof Terrace (private).
This apartment is located in the Heart of Rome Historical centre ("trastevere" district). The lower level consists of living room with kitchen corner & sofa bed. The upper level consists of bedroom, bathroom with shower box ("travertino" marble made) and access to the stunning Panoramic Roof Terrace.
The PANORAMIC ROOF TERRACE has a WONDERFUL view on Rome rooftops (including St. Peter dome).

Comforts: WIFI, A/C, flat TV, Satellite, Radio-CD player (with bluetooth to load Your music), washing machine, PANORAMIC Roof TERRACE (equipped with wood table & chairs, recliner arm-chair, "Weber" gas BBQ, led ambient lights and lot of plants, flowers and seasonal organic spices as basil and rosmarino.

This is an apartment ideal for two people but that can also accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (on sofa bed in living room).
NOTE: in the same building, side by side, is also located the apartment Trastevere Penthouse "unit A" (listing #289229: sleeps up to 4 people). Therefore, we can also accomodate larger groups too.

This property is located quite INSIDE the "Old" Historical centre ("Trastevere" district). All the major sites are located at VERY easy walking distance.

NOTE: the upper level, cause is the located quite under the roof, has a low headroom in some areas (headroom in the upper level goes from 1.70 mt to 2.70 mt - please see photos of the interior).

Trastevere Area: the most typical Roman neighbourhood is located just over the bridge from the historical centre (and that is what the name means, over the Tevere river) became very trendy over the past twenty years, when the small streets and alleys typical from this area started hosting bars and restaurants together with some trendy shops still located in the area. The neighbourhood is the liveliest of the city and extremely crowded in the weekends. Beside shops, also very famous the Santa Maria in Trastevere church, known as one of the oldest Christian churches in Rome.

This is a "NO smoking" property (with the only exception of terrace area).

The "total rental amount" quoted on the web is also inclusive of:

I will be ALWAYS available during your stay (my mobile is 24h on).
I (or an other member of my family only) will PERSONALLY met You and help with luggages on arrival day :)

TOURIST CITY TAX (!): it costs 6.00 euro per person, per night for any guests aged over 10 years old. This municipally tax is calculated only for the first 10 nights of your stay. This tax will be paid (only by cash) upon check in.

Un apt dans un quartier au charme fou, proche des lieux historiques.

Secteur tranquille, avec plusieurs services à proximité. Terrasse bien aménagée avec vue sur les toits. Visites des lieux historiques à pied: Colisée, Place du Capitole, fontaine de Trévi, etc. Trastevere est très agréable en tout temps, avec ses cafés, ses commerces, ses ruelles, etc. Le propriétaire transmet plusieurs informations utiles et est très disponible au besoin. Séjour de deux semaines qui a passé très vite!

Formidable séjour à Rome !!!

Super accueil d'Alessio qui nous a accueillit avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Son appartement est bien situé dans le quartier du Trastevere et dans une rue au calme. La Terrasse est un vrai plus pour profiter de la douceur des soirées italiennes. Le logement est propre et bien rangé. Bonne literie. La découverte de Rome peut se faire à pied ou bien en bus au départ du logement. Nous recommandons ++++

Petit duplex pour deux personnes avec une belle terrasse très appréciable pour profiter tranquillement des soirées romaines avec un verre de prosecco. Le logement est vraiment bien situé, l'ensemble du quartier historique est accessible à pied et quel plaisir que de débuter la journée en passant devant le theatro Marcellus. Excellent séjour, accueil exceptionnel

L’appartement est très agréable, il est compact, mais tout à fait fidèle à la description et convenant parfaitement à 2 adultes et 1 enfant (ou 1 adulte et 2 enfants dans mon cas). La terrasse est superbe. L’emplacement est idéal. L’appartement a l’avantage d’être très proche des rues animées de Trastevere, mais dans une rue calme. Par ailleurs, il est à deux pas du tram 8 et juste à côté du Tibre, ce qui donne accès aux bus qui partent de l’autre rive en direction du centre historique, Vatican, etc. L’accueil fait par Alessio est tout à fait exceptionnel. La liste de magasins et restaurants qu’il conseille est à visiter absolument. Toutes les meilleures expériences culinaires de notre séjour ont été issues de cette liste, des glaces au guanciale! Alessio a d’autres propriétés, plus grandes, et il est certain que nous le contacterons lors d’un prochain séjour à Rome avec le reste de la famille.

Lovely terrace in a great part of the city

Alessio is a great host and met us at the property with a bottle of Prosecco! The apartment is well positioned and we were able to walk everywhere.There is everything you need at the property including a washing machine, hairdryer and gas barbecue. Not suitable for very tall people and as a penthouse there are many stairs. But we had a great time and recommend it highly.

Allessio Penthouse Apartment is Great!

We loved our stay at Alessio's apartment - the location is absolutely perfect - so comfortable and convenient to everything in Rome. The apartment is small but perfect for two, very clean, comfortable bed and shower. The BEST is the penthouse area with a view - we would have coffee up there and drink wine at night and enjoy the outdoor view. Alessio is really helpful the entire time. You cannot find a better location for exploring Rome - the neighborhood is lively, warm, full of lovely shops and restaurants. Taxis close by. We really loved our stay at this apartment and will recommend to family and friends.

Sweet apartment, amazing location

We had a great week in Alessio’s apartment in Trastevere. He gave us a great orientation to the property and we knew we would be well cared for if we needed anything. It was great to be able to control the thermostat directly. The location was amazing - great area, lots of good places to eat nearby and just a short walk into the heart of Rome.

Alessio was a wonderful host and the accommodations were perfect! I would highly highly recommend staying here. Alessio made check in so easy, was full of information and the property was delightful! Amazing!

Wonderful place to stay in Rome

We stayed for 6 nights, I would highly recommend Alessio's place. Perfect size apartment for 2, very convenient and thoughtfully stocked including minor details like shopping bags and umbrellas. All was clean, beds are comfortable, all was working properly. Enough compliments were said already about the location and I agree 100 percent, it's close to all the attractions yet is on the charming street and away from the tourist noise.
