We were warmly received by Giorgia upon arrival to the Navona suites. Even though we were tired after a sleepless night of air travel, we were eager to listen to Georgia’s effusive recommendations and tips of places to visit. The hotel is extremely well located on the Piazza Navona. To the left of the hotel entrance is a lovely cafe with the best cappuccinos. The room is comfortable and quiet if you get a room facing the inside. The toilet is squared shape which was uncomfortable, but the shower was heavenly. Our only minor complaint was our room was not made up daily. As we were out most or the day, our room was not too messy , but after a long day of walking, one would appreciate a made up room. Overall, we recommend this hotel as a good value for your Roman holiday.

The hotel is in a great location and it nicely finished in a modern but simple style. It's the ideal hotel for someone wanting to explore Rome but also wanting a little time to relax. The room wasn't massive (but I don't think they are in Rome) but it was nicely decorated and very cosy. The best thing about the hotel was the staff and how helpful they were, we had an airport transfer pre-booked and they were kind enough to ring (being Italian speakers and I wasn't) and confirm the collection which was a huge help. They were always there is you needded advice or directions which made the stay so much nicer. Definitley recommending this hotel!

I would have given full marks on this hotel had our broken shower been mended within our stay. The location and staff were brilliant, I would definitely return.

Great room and view in piazza Navona.
Amazing room with private sauna, jacuzzi and most important great balcony over piazza Navona. Room was big and comfortable.

Very close to every tourist attraction
All the major tourist attractions are max 20 - 30 mins walk. The beauty of it is you get to see many beautiful sites on your way to your destination so walking never gets boring. Hotel stafff are very accommodating, upgraded our room to a deluxe suite after an issue, but are not proactive about things. Good luck getting in after 11 if you’ve lost your key, hotel staff leave at 11 and nobody is there at all. So if you have any issues at night suck it up buttercup. Also there are no instructions about how to check in when you arrive - we struggled to find the buzzer and use that tiny elevator they have with our very heavy bags

The location is amazing, right near Piazza Navona and so easy to walk to so many other places. The room itself felt a bit off par - the jacuzzi behind the bed wasn’t totally clean (and didn’t work) and it just felt overall not as clean as you’d expect from the other reviews and pictures of the place. There is an opera singer who lives above the suites though which is cool to hear, and the staff is really nice. That said, probably wouldn’t stay here again but if you’re in need of an affordable option and don’t plan on spending much time in your hotel, this is a fine place.

Hard to find at first and don’t let the first impression get to you because inside is great! Staff were friendly and accommodating especially Alissia! If going back to Rome I would definitely stay here again as the location was perfect to get to all sightseeing/ food areas

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything. The 'suites' themselves were quite disappointing, I booked a deluxe room but there was nothing Deluxe in my opinion. No storage space, bathroom could do with a really good clean and the bed was just a pull out bed, not an actual bed frame so was pretty uncomfortable. Staff were all very nice and extremly helpful.

Great hotel! Our window opened to the piazza Navons. Music all day! We loved it! Historical building, so a bit hard to find ( no signs allowed). Follow the address and you will be fine! Small but not too tight and you had everything you needed. The front desk ladies were exceptional. They couldn’t do enough for you!

Amazing service! Perfect location!
The area is perfect for roaming around Rome! Super safe, convenient and easy to navigate. Service at the hotel was superb. Beds are comfy, but rooms can be pretty small depending on which one you get. Go for the deluxe for a little more space.

They really need to stop advertising falsely. I obviously couldn’t stand the smoke smell and 30 mins later I checked out. I had to book a new hotel Metropolis, and for LESS I had, free breakfast, 24/7 assistance, NOT ONE BIT OF SMOKE in my room, room was large enough to unpack and stretch. But to make it WORSE I expressed my concern about my baby in the hotel and asked to check out and get a refund and they refused to give it to me, when they were te ones who really shouldn’t even be in business or advertise falsely. Savages... so they say that their policy is no refunds and I never got any documentation of that policy and of course they would say that because no one in their right mind would stay there knowing the real circumstances. I’m sure everyone who stayed, stayed because they were bullied and not given their money back. I never write reviews but I will take my sweet time to create an account on every website I can find and share this with everyone I can find on social media. This experience was disgusting to say the least. This hotel should go or if business for robbing people who are trying to have a good time with their family.

I booked a NON SMOKING hotel, and a NON SMOKING room. And when I arrived the hallways smelled like a smokers lounge. I have a baby, and I was not going to allow him to get sick on my trip, due to their disgusting hotel and lack of air quality control. It’s is extremely small, as in if you are claustrophobic, stay away... they can’t even pay their staff to be available 24/7. So the hotel closes after hours and you are forced to walk around the city with a stack of keys and open multiple doors to get in... as if that sound acceptable to anyone on vacation. So if I had to check out at 4am, I don’t see how that would have been possible without anyone there... we arrived and they didn’t even have a bell boy or cart to help with all the bags the hotel is so small you can’t comfortable unpack. It’s more like a hostil not luxury suites. They really need to stop advertising falsely. I obviously couldn’t stand the smoke smell and 30 mins later I checked out. Good location
Central to a lot of great tourism locations. Walkable to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Trastevere, Colosseum, and Vatican. Area is safe and easy to locate. Look for the green door adjacent to restaurants. There is no reception/concierge during late night time, which was fine for us. It is a no-frills hotel, and allows you to stay with minimum requirements - bed & washroom. There is a flight of stairs to access, which was fine since we were traveling light - only one luggage for a couple, manageable.

Location was ace .
We had a great stay at Navona suites . Check in was a breeze . Room was ready early and staff very helpful. Room was comfy and location excellent . We booked and upgraded to a room overlooking the plaza Navona . €20 extra but worth it for the little views . Only down point is the check out time . 10:30 is far too early especially for a Sunday. This should be reviewed.

Great location!
Fantastic stay due to the location. We were able to get to everything we wanted on foot. Nightlife in the square was great to be a part of and for just people watching. We also had a room with a small balcony and sitting up there with a drink and watching the action below was particularly enjoyable.

Lovely hotel and staff in a fantastic location.
We stayed here in deluxe suite and then for 1 night upgraded to suite with a view. The staff were lovely and helpful. The accomdation veey clean and quite unique. The location is truly fantastic walking distance to all of the main attractions. Would definitely stay here again hopefully very soon.

Nice Location Near Piazza Navona
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in May 2017. It is located right next to Piazza Navona, so it is a lovely location for both getting around to popular places and just enjoying the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful (providing a map and suggesting places to go). The room was clean but not as nice as I expected. Based on the photos, I felt like they gave us the worst room in the place (room 106). Our room was very small and there was no place to sit (i.e., only the bed, which is on the floor, no chairs), no nightstands, no desk or table, and very few electric outlets (only one near the bed). The bathroom was clean and modern. The shower had an adjustable waterfall showerhead and is spacious by European standards. Unfortunately, the sink was quite the opposite. It was so tiny and mostly covered by a shelf, that it was impossible to use it without getting water all over the place (believe me, I'm a neat freak, I really tried). While our stay was fine, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Average hotel close to everything
Hotel was in a fantastic area close to everything however I found the room to be very small and we could hear EVERYTHING surrounding us, for example, the room next door and the room opposite us opening and closing their door. Whenever someone used the shower, flushed the toilet or used the sink we could hear the water flowing. There was building work going on next door and we were woken up at 8.30 every morning with crashing and banging. Bathroom was almost falling apart, shower valve was hanging off the wall. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it would probably be ok for someone who was staying for a couple of nights but for myself and my partner who were saying for 6 days we thought we were getting something luxurious hence the name navona 'luxury' suites but that definitely wasn't the case.

Loved the central location for this hotel, we were walking distance to all the major attractions, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was just as advertised, pleasantly surprised to find a double bed is a US queen bed and they provided a blow dryer, best ever rain shower with plenty of hot water. It was nice to have a mini fridge In our room. Only drawback is concrete floors and walls echo hallway noise. I would stay there again, met all our needs!

Pros: great location with supermarket, pastry shop, restaurants and shopping right outside the door. Front end staff very friendly and accommodating. Cons: only a small brass label beside the door, so not easy to find at the start. Clean towels smelled like cigarette smoke.

Great location, central to everything, and extremely helpful front desk staff. The room was a bit small, and the toilet was square-shaped, but overall I think a fantastic value. The windows are well insulated modern European design and shut out any noise coming from the piazza.

A great hotel as a base for exploring the city, lots of bars and restaurants to chose from, I particularly liked that the hotel was just off the main Piazza meaning it was away from the large crowds. Only slight negative was there was no bar in the hotel but not the end of the world!!

We were treated as if we were with friends and family. Francesca, B and the other woman (sorry, forgot your name!) were extremely professional, kind and did the extra things that we need, bit are not their responsibility. They "read our minds" and helped with getting the TV to work, arrange tickets to the Vatican, and arrange an excellent car service. We were traveling with "too much" luggage and they helped us corral our suitcases. Lots of restaurants on Navona Piaza, markets close and walking distance to Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, LOTS of beautiful churches, and the local architecture is lovely! THANKS Navona!

No great accomodation but a great location!!
Staff where nice, very limited but the girl at desk was very nice to us. The room was terrible, no bigger than a cupboard and it wasn't very clean, myself and my wife have came out in a rash after sleeping in the bed/using the towels. As much as the location was perfect for this place i really wouldnt recommend the hotel to any friends or family purely down to the cleanliness of the room we had, very disappointed is an understatement.

Great location. Walked to Vatican, pantheon, collseum, and many churches. We had a room right on Piazza Navona and could not hear hardly any noise. We heard quite a bit of noise from inside the building though.

Excellent central location in Rome
This hotel was brilliant! We would strongly recommend upgrading to the room "Suite View", overlooking Piazza Navona square. This is a truly fantastic room with a balcony, the only one in the "hotel". The room also has a jacuzzi which was great, and also a sauna. The room is spacious and also has sound proof glass which blocks out the noise from the busy square. But with the doors open you can also enjoy the sounds of the square. Well well worth the upgrade! The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of all Rome's main attractions. Housekeeping was daily and cleaning was to a high standard, with towels also replaced daily. The staff were excellent and very friendly, assisting in all ways possible and in any way they could. We read reviews of the hotel prior to booking and noticed that many previous holidaymakers had stated that the main door is quite difficult to find on the main road, and not clearly identified. Therefore we booked a driver to pick us up from the airport for 55 euros, and the hotel arranged this for us. Well worth it as they ensure you are buzzing the correct door on arrival. Can't fault this hotel really as it ticked all the boxes and really did make, what is already a great city to visit, an even more enjoyable experience. Only criticism would be City tax, 3.50 euro/person/night. Appreciate (now) that it's required, but was asked for on departure. This would be better explained by the hotel on arrival and paid then as we weren't aware of this.

Memorable Stay at Navona Suites!
We had a fantastic stay at Navona Suites. Our room overlooked Navona Piazza which was lined with restaurants and eateries, buskers and street stalls - something for everyone - lively and so much fun! The staff were extremely friendly and obliging, always ready to assist in any way. Great location, central to everything - attractions/sights, restaurants, shopping, transport... We look forward to going back!

Not convinced.....too small and uncomfortable
"Luxury Suite" is pushing this a little too far for me. Made the booking and only at confirmation was I told how "big" the superior double suite was, a tiny 12sq mtrs. Had room 101 (should of guessed) with bed against the wall one side, was uncomfortable and discovered half the slats were missing! Negotiating around the bed with two of you in there was tight....the sharp low level corner of the bed drew blood from my shin ! Lights in the bedframe were pointless and didnt work properly. Toilet seat was cracked, sink had no plug for a shave/wash and whole room was design/form over function, too small, nowhere to put anything and uncomfortable. Did complain and ask for another room, none available so given a glass of prosecco......wish I'd have checked out instead, but the location on Piazza Navona was the only positive. Better available at a better price, dont be fooled.
