The apartment, very spacious (97m2), is on 2 floors and inside there is a wooden staircase. The apartment is equipped with superior quality linen and courtesy kit, and, upon request, where possible, the needs of guests are met to ensure the best comfort. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: 1) a double living room with corner sofa, dining table and study corner with desk (55" smart TV, Alexa and WiFi); there are 2 windows; 2) a separate kitchen with a window; in the eat-in kitchen, equipped with new appliances, you will find a breakfast table with stools and everything you need for a pleasant stay. 3)a bathroom with window, equipped with toilet, bidet and sink; ON THE FIRST FLOOR: 1) double bedroom with King size bed1 (200 x 180) divisible into two single beds on request; in this bedroom there is also a safe with an electronic device with a personalized code. They sent a lot of information about things to do, tourist tax info., etc. Check-in and out was easy. The apartment was great, and it had everything we needed (including slippers, which I loved!). The location was EXCELLENT! Minutes away from the Pantheon and great coffee and restaurants. The location in historic Rome was ideal (it was next door to the Pantheon) and the home itself was very clean. From the doorman to the management team, we have been welcomed, helped and looked after our whole stay. The apartment is ideally located, roomy, and well cared for. We felt like we were home and part of the neighborhood. We had everything we needed and then some. You are a few minutes' walk in all directions from key paces to eat, visit, and shop. It is centrally located across from the Pantheon and also in front of a taxi stand, which made transportation a breeze. Cynthia is a great host. She was super responsive and left plenty of extra amenities. She provided toiletries, kitchen appliances, etc. She left maps of the area, outlet converters, hair straightener, and even left cookies in the kitchen! She goes above and beyond to make the apartment super welcoming. There was plenty of space for 4 people. The air conditioning also works GREAT, which was a huge plus while we stayed in a heatwave. The building has an old-world feel and the apartment felt roomy and comfortable; a feeling you can’t find in a hotel. Plus, it’s literally next to the Pantheon! It’s full of character and history, clean and well-equipped, and you couldn’t ask for a better location in Rome. You walk out the main door and you’re looking at the Pantheon. We absolutely loved staying at this apartment—twice during our two-week trip! It’s not a brand-new, modern place, but that’s exactly what makes it so special (my understanding is that there’s only so much renovation that can be done on these historic buildings).The location is unbeatable—you’re within walking distance to everything in the historic center. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and had exactly what we needed. The hosts were warm, responsive, and genuinely caring—it felt more like reconnecting with family than booking a stay.
