Very nice and accommodating staff! We used the shuttle service to get to and from the airport and it was very easy.

Dont stay here if you care for hygiene. Garbage rooms like 100 years old and smelly ugly carpets. Mattress with holes and blood stains. Never stay here.

This first part is Expedia’s fault for listing the hotel with a 24/7 shuttle from the airport. That was false. Secondly, the staff at the hotel never answered the phone for 35 minutes that I tried calling, mind you this was at 1230AM local time. Thirdly, the receptionist was not welcoming at all and failed to give instructions on how the rooms function. I showered in the dark because I assumed the bulb was broken, but nope the receptionist just failed to mention the key card is needed to activate electricity in the room. Lastly, my towels were dingy, the floor felt oily and appeared stained, and the walls were water stained.

There was a big stain in the couch The airport is 5 minutes aways which is great if there is a shuttle available at the time you leave, if not you have to pay a fix tariff of 25 euro to go to the airport. The restaurant is good but they took 40 minutes to bring my plate.

We asked for two single beds and the receptionist couldn’t work out what we had booked. Missing basic amenities like hot water which costs you £8 to get from the restaurant!
