This apartment is located on the 5th floor with lift, consisting of a living room with open kitchen and adjacent bathroom, two bedrooms each with private bathroom, and is equipped with Smart TV, free WI-FI, independent heating / hot water. , cold / hot air conditioning system, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The apartment develops from the entrance immediately to the left with the first bedroom perfectly furnished with a double bed (180x200cm), two bedside tables, a large wardrobe equipped with a safe, a luggage rack, a table and an iron, a desk with an armchair, a bench bed base, large console with 42 "Smart TV and internal fridge. Clean and beautiful apartment with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Easy walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. We used a taxi and van service for Vatican and Colosseum. The Gelateria Excelsior just around the corner is one of our favorites from our Italy road trip (we’ve tried 20+ different locations). The two bedrooms were very comfortable with a large bed, desk and comfortable chair, smart TV in each room and very spacious bathrooms. We were able to make coffee each morning and relax. We are older travelers and we felt safe walking in the neighborhood and easily found a taxi stand, shopping market close by and several restaurants. There was some noise from the neighborhood bar but it wasn’t too bad. The host, Donatella was very helpful and accommodated our requests. The apartment was perfect for our family of five. It was cleaned daily and had everything my family needed to be comfortable (wifi/air conditioning/beautiful views/and plenty of space). The location was was great and was just a short downhill walk to many popular sites. We often choose to Uber back to the apartment as uphill in the heat was too much! However, the most amazing part of this property is the service orientation of the staff. They simply could not do enough for us. I could go on and on about them, just awesome people who love what they do. One example I will give but there are many more. On my own, I booked a taxi to take me to the train station which is only 3 km away. The taxi charged me an extraordinary amount of money. I offhandedly told the team about my experience. They decided on their own to pay for my trip from the apartment to the airport. I didn't know that until I arrived at the airport and the driver told me it was paid for by the owners. Understand, this is the kind of service we experienced. Amazing!! Lastly, the apartment comes with a rooftop terrace which we watched 45 minutes of fireworks on New Year's Eve. Bel appartement, idéal pour 4\. 3 salles de bain et WC. Personnel très aimable et agréable. Seul petit bémol. La cuisine, avec un frigidaire trop petit et sans congélateur. Pas de machine à laver le linge, mais l’hôte propose un service de blanchisserie tout à fait abordable. Excellent séjour tout de même. Je recommande. ##### Valérie N. Donatella è un ottimo host e Melissa e Giorgia sono sempre a disposizione con affidabilità, gentilezza ed efficienza. L'appartamento è fedele alla descrizione e in più molto silenzioso anche per chi come me ha un udito molto sensibile, e nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti anche storici di livello. Our family had an excellent stay in this apartment - on a quiet street, but near a huge park and walkable to many of the main attractions. Lots of wine bars, restaurants, etc nearby too. And the apartment itself is large, comfortably appointed, and so much better for a family than a hotel room (or more likely two). The stay itself was great - Donatella was highly responsive and accommodating leading up to the stay, including arranging for a (fully set up!) crib for our 2 year old. And once we arrived, Melissa was extremely helpful in getting us settled in and dealing with anything that came up, including arranging a taxi to the airport for us at 6am on Christmas Day. And, the daily cleaners were amazing in making the experience low-stress. Overall, a really professional operation. The unit is gorgeous and spacious located centrally to everything and in a wonderful area. The building is very secure so we always felt safe.
