The Manger of this hotel was incredible. He was there to help at all times and when we arrived spent 15 minutes walking us through a map of Rome and picking out things to visit and great ideas for everything (shopping, dining, coffee, groceries). Everything he recommended was absolutely spot on. The location itself was really cool in Vatican City area and we walked everywhere for the three nights we were there no problem. So many great restaurants within a couple hundred meters and a nice place for wine and drinks literally 50 meters outside the door. Could not have been happier.

We stayed here our first night in Rome and Francesco couldn't have been more helpful. He carried our bags in and gave us a 10 minute rundown of the area as soon as we walked in. He even wrote food and tourist recommendations on the map! Location was a short walk away from the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. Property was very clean and quiet. Francesco also helped with transportation to our next stop. Would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Francesco, you were amazing!

Francesco goes above and beyond to accommodate his guests. From personalizing his recommendations based on plans and interests, to detailed instructions on a map for travel, flexibility with check in and check out options, and arranging transportation… every inquiry was greeted with a smile and genuine hospitality. His suggestions for dining and snacks were spot on. His English is great. Highly recommended!

Secret city gem at the footsteps of the Vatican
We booked this quiet hotel based on the location to the Vatican. It is privately owned and Francesco is the kindest guy ever!! The rooms were quiet and meticulous, the hotel within walking distance to the Vatican and some restaurants. If you want a peaceful stay with he vatican bells ringing softly in the morning...this is your hotel! Thanks Francesco for everything!
