This VRBO was perfect! The location was great and safe. The bed was comfortable and the AC was frigid cold, which helped a lot in the summer. We would definitely stay here again. Amazing host and place!

The remodel was a great use of space. It was nice to have 2 rooms with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We highly recommend for a 5-day stay like we did. Bravo

Great flat in a great location

Wonderful little flat central to many of the attractions of Rome. Kitchen area allowed eat in breakfast and dinners when the lunches out were a bit much. Great closet areas and on-site laundry to boot. Would stay again.

Honeymoon Trip

Perfect location! Sleeping was peaceful, until the morning when the upstairs apartment moved at all. Seems to be to insulation to block noise from the upstairs. Overall, amazing stay.

Fantastic location!

We loved our stay at Alessandra’s place. It’s located in a lively neighborhood and easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment is tiny but the use of space is clever and creative. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was set up well. Highly recommended for 1-2 people.

Overall excellent. Bed was comfortable, both heat and AC worked. Great location next to bars and restaurants. Bathroom a little small to move around in, and they need venting from smells but we spent most of the day walking around so it didn’t bother us.

Fabulous Spot

We stayed for two nights in the middle of our European trip. Was lovely to have a spot to wash some clothes and be on a quiet street but with plenty of nice restaurants etc close by. We were able to walk to all of the major tourist sites easily. The property owner was incredibly helpful and obviously cares very much about her home and visitors. Would stay again

Fabulous Visit to Rome

The accommodation was just as described and suited us perfectly. A 15 min walk from the train station, very good communications with the host, and easy checking in process. The bed was super comfortable, lovely fluffy towels, and everything clearly explained with some wonderful restaurant recommendations. Such a lovely atmosphere to the area, and not too far to walk to all the main attractions. Would definitely recommend it!

Perfect Place & Location

The apartment is very clean and cozy, perfect for two people. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes just steps away. Alessandra is absolutely amazing, she arranged transfers for us, allowed us to check in early and left a lot of information for us at the apartment, like good places to eat, etc. She also set us up with Susanetta to help arrange the perfect tours. My husband and I have stayed at a lot of places but Alessandra was by far the BEST host!

Quiet, complete, and very well located

This little apartment had everything we needed, kitchenette, separate bedroom, new interior, very private. It is easy walking distance from the Coliseum and the Forum with good restaurants nearby. But the best was how incredibly quiet it was. We couldn't even hear sirens or helicopters on the weekend of the Pope's funeral (there were many). The apartment is located on a pedestrian only alley. The host Alessandra is a good communicator and speaks English.

The location was great. We found the ammenities a little lacking...no kleenex, no facecloths. The bathroom is fine for handwashing but very small. The bathroom is quirky. Took us a while to figure out the door to the toilet area can also close off the kitchen area, to the hallway bathroom can become a closed in area...otherwise the small shower is in the hallway.Visible surfaces are well cared for, but don't look under the bed or couch.A quirky, but interesting place to stay.

Great location to the sites

The location is perfect for walking to all the sites, many cafes and restaurants close by, unit is very secure and felt safe at this location. Shower is very small but that was in the units description so we expected that. The bed was comfortable with the only exception was it dips in the center. We would use the property again.Unit has a washer and dryer which was a must for us since we arrived in Rome from a 16nt transatlantic cruise so we need laundry.

Great location and apt.

Almost everything you could possibly want in a VRBO, with the exception of the bathroom and shower. They were quite small, but doable. Bed was very comfortable, quiet area to sleep, nice kitchen, loved having a washer and dryer. We walked to so many things: train station, Big Bus, Colosseum, restaurants, Saturday Markets and more. A little further walk was Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, but that did not discourage us. We would stay here again!

Passing through Rome

My husband and I spent a few days in Rome before traveling to Palermo. The rental was just as described. Everything you needed was there and very clean. Many shops and restaurants/cafes are within walking distance. Yes, the shower and sink/toilet area are small, but we were able to make do. I was happy to have the washer/dryer available for use, our travel clothes were fresh and ready for the next adventure. Alessandra was helpful in giving us information to arrange a private golf cart tour, which was great as we were able to see many of the sights with a wonderful guide. I was happy with our stay.

Rome retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alessandro's property - the apartment makes very creative use of space for an old building! We were fairly centrally located & were able to walk everywhere (Colosseum, etc). The bathroom/shower was a little snug but we could see from the pictures so it wasn't a surprise. The apartment was well equipped; check-in & check-out were very smooth and Alessandra was very helpful/responsive as a host!
