Ok for a night before flying home
1 night close to the airport. Functional and the breakfast was ok. The room was soulless and let’s say I’ve seen a cleaner and larger shower cubicles.

It was written on the app while booking that this property provides free airport shuttle. When asked them, they straightway denied it. The main reason for choosing this property far away from rome was only free airport shuttle which they denied.

The employees were so lovely and friendly. My room however wasn’t the cleanest; there were ants in my room, hair that wasn’t mine on the bed spread and towels and the floor wasn’t swept or vacuumed. I was there for 2 nights and wouldn’t recommend it for more than 1 night. The neighbourhood was safe and the people seemed nice and it’s a short train ride to Rome or other tourist attractions.

One night stay nice and close to the airport, the staff on the desk organised a taxi for us for 5.30am to get to the airport in the morning, costing 20 euros and taking about 5 minutes Nice big clean room with a balcony, no issues, greatly appreciated the air conditoioning too and a 24 hour supermarket around the corner

Great place to stay near the airport. We found a cute little restaurant nearby. The only problem we had is that the air conditioning broke down in the middle of the night. Also, not all the mattresses were comfortable, but, the price of this hotel is very economical, so...

Classic style Villa hotel with excellent knowledgeable and effective staff. All my needs catered to with minimal fuss. Quick access to Airport or transportation to downtown Rome without being in the thick of it. Nice but dated furnishings, silent hood.

Very convenient overnight stopover for an early flight from Ciampino airport. Walking distance from railway station and €20 taxi ride to airport in the morning. Simple, but very good for an overnight stopover.

My bed was so creaky that I couldn’t move an inch without it creaking. Other than that tho, the mini fridge was very useful for my food, bathroom was very nice, big window at the top. Reception staff were very helpful

It is a nice hotel! It was as described in Expedia. The price for one night with breakfast included was good and the location was very close to Ciampino airport. We would stay here again! Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly especially when our flight was delayed.

Stayed here for one night after taking train from Assisi and flying out of CIA airport. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was nice recommended a local restaurant that was soooo good. They also set up a ride to the airport at 4:30am for our early departure. Would stay here again.

Small and basic, the bolt locks on the doors do not work (the staff assured me that they were meant to not work for safety reasons) which made me a little uncomfortable as I was travelling alone. The hallways are completely tiled, so when loud people arrived throughout the night I was woken up each time to the echos of their voices, footsteps, and rolling luggage. The bed was very hard and it was difficult to keep the temperature of the room comfortable. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the train station.

Good hotel for the CIA airport. Easy to get to from the train (10ish minute walk). The area seemed safe. There is an airport shuttle in the morning that you have to arrange the previous night and costs 15 euros.

Perfect place if you are flying from Champinio Airport, staff very friendly, I need it to print boarding passes and they were happy to help with it. If you stay at here just walk to the right and at the corner there is a round about where you will find a delicious gelato and if you cross the roundabout you will be delighted with the best pizza of Italy the most delicious and super affordable. Also you have convenience stores to buy drinks or whatever you need. And if you ask the front desk at Guiliana’s to schedule the shuttle to the airport you will end up spending way less than regular taxi. For 4 of us the charge was only $20 Euros. I definitely come back again! Especially for the pizza and gelato at the corner. Thank you guys for the great service.
