Recently stayed for four nights. Beautiful refurbished property. This was our second time staying at this hotel. Staff were truly exceptional. View from breakfast room looking out over Borghese Gardens and St. Peter's was magnificent and a great way to start each day. Hotel is a short five minute walk from the Spanish steps but avoids the awful crowds and noise of that location.

Stayed here twice before this visit, but never again. We had two Prestige rooms and the heating air conditioning didn't work in either and wasn't fixed. The walls were thin and it sounded like the guests next door were in your room. Also I feel charging 20 euros for a side portion of fries with a 20 euro service charge for room service is actually ripping people off. For what they charge i'm sure there are now many better options available
